HR's Role in
Creating a Culture of Service Excellence
This presentation is based on the book,The Six Principles of Service Excellence, written by our presenter Theo Gilbert-Jamison. Participants will understand with greater clarity the role of human resources in driving excellence and how to strategically enlist others to become valued contributors to the success of the organization.
Theo Gilbert-Jamison is CEO of Performance Solutions by Design, an elite performance consulting firm that caters to luxury and premium brands with an emphasis on creating the ultimate customer experience. She works closely with a diverse group of organizations ranging from automotive, legal and financial service, to education, hospitality, healthcare, professional golf and home building. Theo is dedicated to helping such organizations work through The Six Principles to create a sound service philosophy.
