In addition to his litigation practice, Eric regularly advises employers and insurers on how to prevent or minimize exposure and claims, and on appropriate reserves. His philosophy is that open claims need successful litigation results or creative resolutions to become closed claims, and that doing so promptly and aggressively is the best approach. He has been a frequent lecturer at seminars and symposiums on a wide variety of workers' compensation topics, and speaks for approved continuing education credits for claims adjusters.
